Q. Do you sell direct to the public?
A Yes, all our customers are important to us, whether it is an order for 10 or 10,000.

Q. What delivery options are there?
A For smaller orders of StayDry raincapes – ponchos - raincoats we use
Royal Mail postal service. For larger orders Parcelforce 24/48hr is our
preferred courier.

Q. Are there discounts available for bulk orders of raincapes-ponchos- raincoats?
A. You will find StayDry very flexible. For large orders we offer very
competitive pricing packages. Please speak with the sales office for further
details.

Q. What colours do you stock in following items, PVC & PE sheet raincapes – ponchos, and PVC raincoats?

• Reusable PVC raincapes-ponchos
  Adult: Black, blue, green, red, transparent & yellow
  Child (suit ages 5-9): Blue, green, transparent & yellow with high visibility stripe.
• Disposable PE sheet emergency raincapes
  Adult: Black, blue, green, red, transparent & yellow
  Child (suit ages 5-9): Transparent & yellow
• Reusable PVC raincoat
  Adult size only: Blue & transparent

Q. Do you supply children’s raincapes – ponchos, if so what colours are available?
A. Yes, we do stock children’s raincapes – ponchos in both PVC and PE sheet
the sizes we have in stock would suit a child ages 5 – 9 years.
Colour availability: reusable PVC : blue, red and yellow with a high visibility strip. disposable PE sheet : transparent & yellow.

Q. Can you supply other colours?
A Yes, many of our customers require bespoke colours. Provided you can
supply StayDry with the correct Pantone reference code we can usually
fulfil your requirements. However there are minimum quantities of 2,000
PVC reusable and 3,000 PE sheet emergency for bespoke orders.

Q. Can you brand or logo print raincapes – ponchos?
A Both PVC and PE sheet raincapes can be printed. These are done
during the manufacturing process. However there are minimum
quantities of 2,000 PVC and 3,000 PE sheet. We can print smaller
quantities of PVC raincapes after manufacture, please speak with the
sales office for details.

Q. What are the lead-times for branding or logo printing?
A. As the products are manufactured overseas, we require 12 weeks for
sea freight and 6 weeks for air freight. If a sample is required this can
normally be produced and delivered to your offices within 10 working days.

Q. If I need my logo printed on a raincape – poncho – raincoat, what artwork is required?
A. All artwork must be sent via e-mail to sales@staydry.co.uk in a 300dpi pdf format.

Q. Can the raincape – poncho be printed all over?
A. Yes, this process is achieved by a cylinder print roll, it is more expensive
and can only be done for bespoke orders with a minimum quantity.

Q. Do you deliver under plain cover?
A. For bespoke orders, all documentation will be removed on request and
boxes marked to your instructions. Stock orders can be transferred to plain boxes and for smaller
orders it may be possible to remove inserts but a charge may be levied for this service.
